About the Product
It's real wine. We start with our fully fermented traditional Rosé Bubbles, the same wine you already know and love, then carefully remove the alcohol using advanced dealcoholization technology. Every grape, every ingredient, comes from Oregon and is crafted in our winery.
It tastes like wine because it is wine, just without the alcohol. You'll get the same bright, crisp, celebratory notes as our regular Rosé Bubbles. We use advanced temperature and pressure control during alcohol removal to preserve the fresh character.
Three things: (1) We start with real, fully fermented wine—not grape juice. (2) Every component comes from Oregon and is crafted in our winery. (3) We use advanced dealcoholization methods (spinning cone technology) that preserve wine character instead of destroying it.

Serving and Experience
Serve chilled (around 40-45°F). Enjoy straigt out of the can or pour into your favorite glass. It's perfect for toasts, dinner parties, celebrations, or Tuesday nights when you just want something special.
It pairs beautifully with the same foods as regular Rosé Bubbles: brunch dishes, salads, light pasta, seafood, cheese boards, and anything off the grill. Also pairs well with bold moves and Sunday mornings.
Absolutely. Use it as a base for spritzers (add fruit, herbs, sparkling water), or keep it simple and enjoy it straight. It's already delicious on its own.

We use spinning cone technology, an advanced distillation technique that lowers the boiling point of alcohol under controlled pressure ensuring we preserve the wine’s character.

It starts as the same wine—fully fermented, crafted the Underwood way. Then we remove the alcohol and restore the flavor with our house-made grape-based ingredients. Same satisfying experience, without the alcohol.
